- Advised Mercuria, commodity trading house, on ~$1 billion reverse merger with Andes Energia, creating Phoenix Global Resources (announced August 2017)
- Advised Noble Energy, U.S. oil & gas company, on $1.2 billion sale of Appalachia natural gas assets (announced May 2017, 3 months after winning mandate)
